Who we are

We have always employed the “team” approach while advising clients and handling projects. While we usually dedicate a core team to a project, we also draw upon other resources from within the firm as and when required. A point person is appointed to facilitate and monitor progress on your matter. Based on the requirements of the engagement, we may involve other members or associates of firm from time to time who would work in close coordination with the core team to ensure prompt and efficient service. the team is supported by article trainees, Semi qualified employees and other associates from accounting, management and legal domains.

Mr Sunil Aggarwal (B. Com (H)), proprietor of the Firm, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and brings with him over 20 years experience in Taxation, Financing & Auditing during corporate Journey. He is an energetic, ambitious person with clear, logical mind, a practical approach to problem solving, and a drive to see things through completion.

His experience includes working for various sectors in accounting and compliance of various laws. He has been actively involved in preparation of standalone financial statements, Audit Reports and Tax Audits for various clients. He has conducted concurrent audits of PSU banks, and also during Search & Seizure cases and various Survey proceedings that play an instrumental  role  in the  preparation of the cases. Through his corporate journey he has arranged and sanctioned Loan Facility with various National Banks and NBFCs.
